Carl Chedreck R. Villanueva

National Council President

Carl Chedreck R. Villanueva, commonly known as Ched, is a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy student at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines – Manila. He currently serves as the National Council President (NCP) of the National Federation of Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants (NFJPIA). He previously served as the National Vice President for Sponsorship and Logistics of NFJPIA for the 2024–2025 federation year, and as the National Associate for Grievance and Chapter Service for the 2023–2024 federation year.

 
Ched gained practical industry experience through his internship at SGV & Co. He has been recognized for outstanding leadership, receiving both the SGV & Co. Leadership Excellence Award and the Punongbayan & Araullo Grant Thornton Leadership Award. He continues to pursue academic excellence while making meaningful contributions to the accounting profession through service-driven leadership and his advocacy for sustainability.

Andrei Carl P. Panisa

National Vice President for Academics

Andrei Carl P. Panisa is an accomplished student leader currently serving as the National Vice President for Academics of the National Federation of Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants (NFJPIA). Previously, Andrei held key national leadership roles within the federation, including National Secretary-General and National Associate for Grievance and Chapter Service. In recognition of exemplary leadership and service, he is a recipient of the Punongbayan and Araullo Grant Thornton Leadership Excellence Award and Outstanding National Executive Officer Award and multiple distinctions for outstanding student leadership.

 

A Certified Tax Technician, Andrei is presently a Finance and Accounting Intern at Procter & Gamble Philippines, Inc., with prior experience as an Accounting and Audit Apprentice at Tokyo Consulting Firm – Philippine Branch. Through hands-on exposure to accounting, audit, and finance functions, he continues to develop professional competence while actively contributing to the advancement of the accounting profession.

Gabriel Angelo E. Arinto

National Vice President for Non- Academics

Gabriel Angelo E. Arinto is a dedicated student leader currently a 5th Year Student pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting at National University - Manila. With a strong academic foundation from his previous accountancy studies at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, Gabriel has developed comprehensive expertise in financial reporting, auditing, and strategic data analysis.

Beyond his academics, Gabriel is a prominent figure in the student accountancy community, currently serving as the National Vice President for Non-Academics for the National Federation of Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants (NFJPIA). Previously, he served as the National Chief Associate for Non-Academics for the same organization. His leadership experience is complemented by the awards he received, being hailed as the Top Performing Chief Associate for the Federation Year 2024 - 2025

Renel Myron F. Guilalas

National Vice President for Finance

Renel Myron F. Guilalas, commonly known as Nero, is a 4th year Bachelor of Science in Accountancy student at Dr. Yanga’s Colleges, Inc. (DYCI). He currently serves as the National Vice President for Finance of the National Federation of Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants (NFJPIA), where he upholds the principles of transparency, accountability, and excellence in financial management. Within JPIA–DYCI, where his leadership journey was first nurtured, he served as the Vice Governor for Membership during the 2023–2024 federation year and subsequently as the Executive Vice Governor for BSA during the 2024–2025 federation year.

 

Beyond student leadership, Nero gained valuable professional exposure through his internship at SGV & Co., where he developed practical competencies in auditing and accounting processes. Through hands-on exposure to accounting, auditing, and finance, he consistently develops professional competence while embodying principled leadership and service to the accounting profession.

Anchored by the values instilled by DYCI, Nero carried his passion beyond the campus, embarking on a journey towards something more – becoming more.

Elisha Lois Y. Manlulu

National Vice President for Sponsorship and Logistics

Elisha Lois Y. Manlulu, also known as Elise, is a 4th-year Bachelor of Science in Accountancy student at Polytechnic University of the Philippines and consistent Dean’s Lister recognized for her academic excellence and active leadership. She currently serves as National Vice President for Sponsorship and Logistics of the National Federation of Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants, showcasing her dedication to student development and organizational growth.

Throughout her academic journey, Elise has held various leadership positions, including Federation President of PUPFJPIA, Vice Chairperson for the Corporate Linkages Committee of PUP JPIA Manila, Associate for Ways and Means of PUPFJPIA, and General Staff for PUP SC COSOA. A graduate of Paguiruan National High School as Valedictorian with Highest Honors, she continues to embody excellence, initiative, and service. Her achievements have been recognized through awards such as Most Outstanding Associate, Congenial Federation Officer, and Outstanding Corporate Linkages Member, reflecting her commitment to leadership and organizational excellence.

Jasmyn Rose G. Mendoza

National Vice President for Communications - Visayas

Jasmyn Rose G. Mendoza is a fourth-year Accountancy student at Saint Paul School of Professional Studies in Palo, Leyte. She currently serves as the National Vice President for Communications- Visayas within the National Federation of Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants (NFJPIA) for the 2025-2026 Federation Year.

Jasmyn’s tenure in the national federation is marked by a steady upward trajectory, having previously served as the National Associate for Communications – Visayas for the 2024-2025 term. Parallel to her leadership, she has honed her technical expertise through a professional internship at the Bureau of the Treasury and holds membership in the National Institute of Accounting Technicians (NIAT). Beyond her work in the federation, she is a distinguished figure in campus press, having served nearly two terms as the Editor-in-Chief of the Paulinian Scribe. Her leadership is defined by a unique ability to merge technical excellence with creative vision, specializing in thematic organizational branding and communication strategies that maintain professional integrity while maximizing student engagement.

Euan Jasmine Matela

National Vice President for Communications - Mindanao

Euan Jasmine Matela is a 4th year Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting student at Father Saturnino Urios University. Currently serving as the National Vice President for Communications - Mindanao of the National Federation of Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants,  where she plays a key role in strengthening communication strategies and fostering engagement among student members across the region.

​

Her leadership journey began during the federation year 2022–2023, when she served as a member of the Audit Committee of the Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants – FSUU Chapter. She then held the position of Vice President for Audit in the same local chapter during the federation year 2023–2024. Previously, she also served as the Regional Vice President for Communications – Caraga of the National Federation of Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants – Region 10 & Caraga during the federation year 2024–2025. Guided by her core values of integrity, discipline, and excellence as she continues to grow in her academic and leadership journey. With a strong commitment to service, Euan aspires to make meaningful contributions to the community.

Kewell N. Formeloza

National Vice President for Multimedia

Kewell N. Formeloza is a 4th-year Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting student from Laguna College and currently serves as the National Vice President for Multimedia of the National Federation of Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants for Federation Year 2025–2026. Known for his creativity and dedication to student leadership, he previously held the same position during the Visxirez Federation Year 2024–2025, continuously contributing to the federation’s digital branding and multimedia initiatives. His leadership journey also includes serving as an Honorary Board Member of the NFJPIA Foundation, Regional Standing Committee – Social Media Manager of NFJPIA Region IV under the LANAHAYA Federation, COMELEC Vice Chairperson of NFJPIA Region IV, and Assistant Secretary-General of the Laguna College Accounting Society.

 

Kewell’s dedication to service and multimedia excellence earned him the Outstanding Regional Standing Committee Award, LANAHAYA Service Excellence Award, and a nomination for Digital JPIArtist of the Year during the NFJPIA Year-End Awards 2024. Through leadership and creativity, he continues to inspire fellow JPIAns nationwide.

Chrystal Joy Escote

National Vice President for Audit

Chrystal Joy Escote is a 4th Year Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA) student at Mindanao State University – General Santos City. She is an active and committed student leader at both institutional and national levels. She currently serves as the National Vice President for Audit of the NFJPIA – Nyxaereon Federation (2025–2026). Previously, she held key leadership roles including National Associate for Audit Tabulation of the NFJPIA – Visxirez Federation (2024–2025), Assistant Commissioner of the MSU–GSC Commission on Audit (2024–2025), and COMELEC Chairperson of the College of Business Administration and Accountancy Commission on Elections (2024–2025).

 

Her JPIA-related leadership journey began within the Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants (JPIA) – MSU GSC, where she served as Vice President for Academics (2023–2024) and First Year Level Representative (2022–2023). Through these roles, she has demonstrated strong competence in academic governance, audit leadership, organizational compliance, and service-oriented leadership. Grounded in the principle that “to lead is to serve and not to be served,” Chrystal Joy Escote continues to uphold integrity, accountability, and excellence in service as she contributes meaningfully to the student community and prepares for a future career in accountancy and public service.

Maria Lira B. Pangilinan

National Secretary-General

Maria Lira B. Pangilinan is a 3rd Year Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from San Sebastian College-Recoletos de Cavite. She is currently serving as the National Secretary-General of the National Federation of Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants (NFJPIA).

​

She previously served as the National Associate for Event Records for the F.Y. 2023-2024, and the National Chief Secretariat Associate for the F.Y. 2024-2025, under the same organization.

 

Outside her student leadership role, Lira continues to strive towards excellence with compassion and integrity as her core values.
